AVENGERS VS. X-MEN LAUNCH EVENT
Celebrating the Release of the Blistering New Comic Event

Two of the biggest teams in comics will face each other, head-to-head, in what has been billed as the biggest comic event of 2012. To celebrate, Arcadian Comics & Games will be hosting a launch party in the store on Tuesday April 3rd at 8pm. This will be the night before comics are typically released, giving exclusive focus to this new title.

Avengers vs. X-Men #1 carries a retail price of $3.99 so it is a great jump-in for new and old readers. In addition to the comic itself, there will be posters, buttons, and other memorabilia for the event available for free. Members of the local artists group Ghost Empire Collective will be on hand providing sketches and selling their art. Other features may be added as the date draws closer.

Already orders for Avengers vs. X-Men #1 have crested 200,000 copies, the biggest number for a Marvel series since 2006 when they launched Civil War. There has been an interview on ABC news with two of the authors of the series, television commercials in some markets, planned appearances at South By Southwest music festival, official YouTube videos, and this all happens about four weeks before the new Avengers movie is released.

The Easter Bunny appeared, and changed the image all together. He wanted only joy and mirth for all the children. Sadly his cousin Olag, was a bit different in his decision making...
